Buying property in Spain is not straightforward. Outdated listings, illegal extensions, hidden damp, bad roofs and paperwork issues are very common, and nobody is checking these things for the buyer.
That is where I come in, so you know what you're buying before you sign anything.

How an inspection pays for itself

A €400 inspection that prevents you from buying a €200 000 problem is not a cost. It is protection.
Even on good properties, inspections often find enough issues to negotiate several thousand euros off the price, or to plan repairs with no surprises.

My practical on-site inspection, ideal for most apartments, townhouses and standard villas.
Thorough enough to uncover real risks, simple enough not to overcomplicate your purchase.
Covers everything needed in over 80% of cases.

2. Full Technical Survey

For older buildings, rural homes, major investments or anything suspicious.
A complete property X-ray carried out with a local technical architect. Paperwork check and a detailed report.
